Value-Based Selling For Service Advisors:
According to NADA research, there are 21 independent repair shops for every one dealership competing for service customers. It is a fact that dealership service lanes have replaced the showroom as the driving force of revenue and profit.
The curriculum for this program is adapted from our Jump Start Sales training and is intended to provide Service Advisors the skills and motivation to use their full capacity in selling defendable maintenance and repairs for a customer vehicles. We'll integrate value-based selling into the multi-point inspection, and discuss overcoming a customers price resistence when faced with repair and maintanance expenses.
The focus is on controlling the sales consultation and influencing the decision to invest in needed maintenance or repair services. 3-Hour program.
